CastCut (getcastcut.com) is a Mac app that edits video podcasts automatically. It syncs your cameras and audio, cuts to whoever is talking, cleans up silences and filler words, finds shorts, and opens the finished multicam timeline in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
